The role:

Blackheath High School is looking for a proactive and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our prep school on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working closely with the class teacher, you will encourage and support pupils in their learning and development, whether that be academic, practical, behavioural or social. You will help pupils acquire new skills by adopting effective intervention strategies, working both with individuals and small groups to complement the teaching and learning practices deployed by the teacher.
