The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the teaching and learning of SEND pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. This will include working one-to-one with individual pupils, supporting small groups and providing in-class assistance to enable pupils to fulfil their academic potential. You will plan and prepare appropriate resources and deliver specialised support within Study Skills sessions, both in small groups and individually, especially for pupils who experience difficulties with Maths and the Sciences.

We are looking for an individual who has a strong understanding of a range of neurodiverse and SEND needs, including the challenges and benefits to individuals with those conditions. You will also have experience of teaching, supporting, or mentoring pupils with neurodiverse needs. The ability to support learning in Maths and Science would be advantageous.
