Personal Assistant
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Required: September 2025
The role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Head of Junior School and the Director of Finance & Operations (DFO). This key role also includes providing administrative support to the Estates department.
As PA, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive support—managing diaries, handling correspondence, attending meetings, taking minutes, and acting as a first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Working across both school sites, you will support multiple priorities with professionalism, a friendly manner and flexibility.
The DFO oversees several operational areas including Finance, HR, Estates and Grounds, Enterprise, and IT, and works closely with Marketing, Admissions, Development, and Alumni. The PA will contribute to the smooth and effective running of these areas, playing an integral role in the wider operations of the school.
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and capable PA or senior administrator who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment. You will be discreet, adaptable, and able to manage competing demands with confidence and calm.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication and sound judgement, initiative, and attention to detail.
Experience within a school or educational setting is not essential but would be an advantage.
