Contract: Self-employed
The Role:
Croydon High School is seeking an outstanding and inspirational Bassoon Visiting Music Teacher to join our thriving Music Department. You will deliver weekly 30-minute one-to-one lessons to pupils across the Junior and Senior Schools (Years 2–13), teaching from beginner level through to diploma standard. Alongside individual tuition, there may be opportunities to coach ensembles, support orchestral rehearsals, prepare pupils for ABRSM examinations and contribute to concerts and performances. This is an exciting opportunity to nurture confident, ambitious young musicians within a well-resourced department that includes a recital room with grand pianos, ten practice rooms and a strong team of Visiting Music Teachers.
About you:

Organised, personable and inspiring, you will be confident teaching across a wide age and ability range and committed to safeguarding and professional excellence.
