An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and well-qualified individual to lead the Learning Enrichment department. The Learning Enrichment department has a unique role across the school, supporting the ethos of inclusion by promoting neurodiversity awareness, helping all students understand how to learn best using the findings of neuroscience, as well as identifying and supporting individual students who require support to achieve their learning potential.
You will work closely with the Senior School Head of Learning Enrichment, Junior School Leadership Team and colleagues in the strategic development and implementation of the school’s Special Educational Needs (SEND) policy, EAL policy, Gifted and Talented policy and taking account of the GDST’s policies and guidance.
