Salary: GDST Support Staff scale: Actual salary £15,684 per annum - £18,623 per annum.  Full time equivalent salary £31,200 per annum - £37,046 per annum. Salary dependent on experience.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part time, equivalent to three days a week, with the exact working pattern agreed in consultation with the successful candidate and the needs of the school.

Working Arrangement: This is a fully site-based role and is not suitable for remote or hybrid working.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised HR Administrator to join our HR Support function and support a thriving community of over 200 employees across the Junior and Senior School. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the school's HR function. Responsibilities will include recruitment administration, maintaining personnel records, supporting payroll processes, undertaking pre-employment checks, and ensuring compliance with ISI, employment and GDST regulatory requirements. 

As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting Putney's People - helping to attract, retain and support the exceptional staff who make Putney such a successful and inspiring place to learn and work. Through the delivery of accurate, efficient and responsive HR administration, you will contribute to creating an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to perform at their best.
