This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and well-qualified SENDCO to join one of the UK’s leading schools.
As the SENDCO you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in the strategic development and management the school’s policies and systems for Special Educational and Additional and/or Disabilities Learning Needs.
The Learning Enrichment department has a unique role across the school, supporting the ethos of inclusion by promoting neurodiversity awareness, helping all students understand how to learn best. To support this, you will oversee the running of the Learning Enrichment Department at Putney High School and liaise closely with the Junior School Head of Learning Enrichment, as well as our Senior School Heads of Key Stage, Heads of Year and Heads of Department, to ensure all students are supported to achieve their learning potential, both academically and pastorally.
