About the Classics Department

The Classics department aims to foster a curiosity and enthusiasm for the languages and culture of the ancient world, while equipping our students with a range of important and transferable skills. We hope to provide a stimulating and inspiring learning environment in our newly-built, dedicated teaching room. The use of ICT is increasingly embedded into the teaching and learning in the department, including the use of iPads.
