The role
In this role you will play a vital part in the general maintenance and upkeep of our buildings. Joining a friendly, dynamic, and supportive Estates team, working in a fast-paced environment.
If you have good DIY/handyperson skills, this is a great opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and experience.
You will assist the Facilities Manager & Estates Manager in the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the school.
About you
You will have hands-on experience with general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing etc) as well as being able complete general manual handling tasks including lifting, moving, and carrying of deliveries, furniture, and other loads.
You will have an understanding of relevant Health and Safety legislation.
You will have knowledge of fire safety, security, and emergency procedures.
You will have a willingness to undertake relevant training, which will support your progress and development in the role and within the Estates team.
