Northwood College seeks a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Drama Teacher to join our thriving school community. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about inspiring students to develop a love of drama and performance, helping them to build strength of character and intellectual curiosity of the subject.The successful candidate will be a creative practitioner who believes in the power of drama to build confidence, empathy, and collaborative skills in all young people.
This is a part-time role working 0.6 or 0.8 of full-time, starting either in September 2026 or January 2027. Remuneration for this post is at ML1 on the GDST Salary Scale for Teaching and Teaching Leadership Staff.

The Drama Department is supported by a range of colleagues from across our community, including our Assistant Head (Learning & Innovation) and Music Department.
