We are pioneers in girls’ education and aim to reshape the future of learning itself. We empower our girls to believe in themselves and value the positive contribution they can make to the world. Join our progressive and evolving team, where we work together to promote and enable this ambitious and aspirational cultural, take on the challenge of ensuring we have the right systems in place to support our schools.
What you’ll be doing
You will lead on day-to-day communications, creating compelling content across digital and print channels that brings the school’s story to life. You will deliver targeted marketing campaigns and high-quality routine communications that strengthen relationships with parents and the wider community, all while ensuring our narrative remains aligned with the prestigious GDST brand and our unique school identity.
You will also play a key role in the admissions function, providing a professional and welcoming experience for families from enquiry to enrolment. You will be a proactive ambassador for the school, ensuring every touchpoint for a prospective family is seamless and engaging.
What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Admissions and Marketing Officer (MarComms Lead) to join the Admissions & Marketing Department at Northampton High School. Working closely with the Head of Admissions and Marketing, you will be instrumental in promoting the school from Nursery through to Sixth Form. Your role is vital in raising the school’s profile, building visibility to attract prospective parents and ensuring the continued retention of our current students.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing and content creation, paired with a passion for promoting the benefits of an all-girls' education. While we welcome applications from broad marketing backgrounds, previous experience within an admissions or educational setting is highly preferred.
