We are seeking to appoint a motivated and highly organised member of staff to manage the daily After School Care provision at our Prep School. After School Care (ASC) operates every day from 3.30pm to 6.00pm at the Prep School site. There are approximately 50 children in ASC each day with around half of those from EYFS. The ASC manager will have the responsibility of ensuring a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment as well as fulfilling a range of administrative duties as laid out in the job description.
Organisational skills are essential with the candidate needing to manage staff and children during a busy period of the day. The ability to communicate clearly with parents is required but we are also looking for someone who has relevant experience in a child care setting or who has demonstrable evidence of establishing positive relationships with children and colleagues.
Staff members bring with them a dynamic outlook, creativity and above all, a passion for girls’ education. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic ‘can do’ approach; eager to go the extra mile to ensure our girls receive the highest standards of care and safekeeping.
