Job Title: Gap Year Assistant
The role
Kensington Prep seeks an outstanding Gap Year Assistant to support the work of our teachers and pupils as required.
The post is particularly well suited to a recent school leaver considering a future career in education and looking to gain broad, hands-on experience within a leading independent preparatory school.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
The Gap Year Assistant plays a key role in supporting pupils and staff across the academic, pastoral and co‑curricular life of the school. The successful candidate will be a friendly, dependable and approachable member of the school community, making a positive contribution to pupils’ wellbeing and personal development.
All GDST Staff are expected to:
- Put the safety and wellbeing of pupils at the heart of everything they do.
