You will:
- Lead end-to-end development and delivery of GDST marketing campaigns, from strategic conception through to execution and evaluation
- Manage creative production, including photo and video shoots, and oversee agency partners
- Plan and buy media with agency partners across digital and other channels to maximise reach and visibility among target audiences
- Develop distinctive, high-quality content across the marketing ecosystem, including campaign messaging, storytelling and copywriting
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent and appropriate use of GDST brand guidelines across the organisation
- Provide specialist creative and strategic support to school marketing teams
- Contribute to growth initiatives, including international marketing activity
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, Communications and Philanthropy, as well as School Marketing Directors and external partners, to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement, leads and conversion.
