We are looking for an experienced Business Support Manager to join the team at Northampton High.
Job purpose and summary:
The Business Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administration and resource management of the school, including line management of administrative staff and providing the Head with a comprehensive PA, administrative and secretarial support service. This role is responsible for all administrative and organisational processes within the school, always maintaining confidentiality. It assists with all the planning and development of support services.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of education or equivalent relevant work experience, with proven experience in office or administrative management, ideally in an educational setting. You will have excellent organisational and time management abilities as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
You will be a forward-thinking collaborator that can work collaboratively supporting our ‘family of schools’ ethos.
