Portsmouth High School is seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Prep School.

Working closely with the Head, the Head of Prep will play a central role in shaping the whole-school vision whilst providing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the Prep School. They will ensure that every pupil continues to receive the highest standard of care and an enriching curriculum that enables them to flourish academically and personally.
Our new Head of Prep will bring an ambitious vision for the delivery of an outstanding preparatory education. They will have proven leadership and management experience, strong strategic thinking skills, and the ability to inspire pupils, staff and parents. A warm, visible presence and excellent communication skills will be essential.
